My Tenants of Kumquaty Daily Meal Goals

Breakfast:
Applegate Bacon- (vit-bs)
Eggs- (omega 3) (using Eggland’s Best still working on trying to get a viable option for organic eggs)
OJ-vit c

Lunch:
Cajun chicken drumsticks (on the bone)
Soaked Red beans and Brown rice (vit-b)

Dinner:
Mexican Casserole 1- italian sausage, enchilda sauce, pepperjack cheese, sour cream (some vit-d)

Mexican Casserole 2- turkey (on the bone), broccoli (vit-c), pepperjack cheese, sour cream ( some vit-d)

Fermented- Ginger Beer! yum!
Bone broth update- should be getting my bones this week!
Organ meat- fail
Raw food- fail….maybe I’ll try adding some fruit
Vit-D soso

ugh so many things to try to include each week hard to keep track

My Tenants of Kumquaty Daily Meal Goals

Breakfast:
Broccoli Cheddar soup with turkey- meat on the bone, vit-c
oranges (vit-c, raw food enzymes)

Lunch:
Asian Salmon cakes- omega 3, vit-d, vit b

Dinner:
Veggieful lasagna cheese (vit-B), mushroom (vit-B), tomato sauce (vit-c)

 

This weeks fail:

fermented food-currently trying to ferment ginger beer to add fermented food/drink into our life. It still isn’t done yet but this is my first try and it’s pretty cold in the house.

organ meat- still collection recipes to see what I can try

Bone broth- my bone man still hasnt called me I probably should see what’s the hold up since I haven’t heard anything.

My Tenants of Kumquaty Daily Meal Goals

Breakfast:
Applegate Bacon- (vit-bs)
Eggs- (omega 3) (using Eggland’s Best still working on trying to get a viable option for organic eggs)
Kiwis for husband (vit-c, raw food enzymes) oranges (vit-c, raw food enzymes) for me

Lunch:
Sticky chicken drumsticks- on the bone
Napa Cabbage pad thai “noodles” (folate; vit-c)

Dinner:
seared crusted ahi tuna (vit-D; niacin; omega-3)
edamame wild rice salad (I normally shun soy products that aren’t traditionally fermented but my mom hand picked these….so I have to use them 🙂 )- (raw food enzymes)

need to start fermenting food! and waiting for bone broth bones…organ meats still hasn’t happened
