My Tenants of Kumquaty Daily Meal Goals

Breakfast:
Broccoli Cheddar soup with turkey- meat on the bone, vit-c
oranges (vit-c, raw food enzymes)

Lunch:
Asian Salmon cakes- omega 3, vit-d, vit b

Dinner:
Veggieful lasagna cheese (vit-B), mushroom (vit-B), tomato sauce (vit-c)

 

This weeks fail:

fermented food-currently trying to ferment ginger beer to add fermented food/drink into our life. It still isn’t done yet but this is my first try and it’s pretty cold in the house.

organ meat- still collection recipes to see what I can try

Bone broth- my bone man still hasnt called me I probably should see what’s the hold up since I haven’t heard anything.
