Easy Grain Free Crackers (Grain free/ Dairy free/ Sweetener free)
1 cup coarsely ground almonds
1/2 c flax seeds
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup chick pea flour
pinch sea salt
1 tbs zatar
2 tsp garlic powder
Preheat over 350 degrees. mix together. spread evenly on baking sheet. score. bake 7 mins. flip bake 3 more mins.
I didn’t think I got them thin enough so they weren’t very crispy. but they smelled great! and tasted ok. My husband said they looked a funny….but he ate them! and enjoyed them! with some wine and cheese. win! I guess…
also really good with tomato paste smeared on top with some pepper jack cheese yum!
